Track the status of your SBeePay order and understand what happens after you place a purchase. Because we sell both digital products and physical electronics, tracking and delivery updates may work differently depending on the item you ordered.

How to check your order

Check your order confirmation

After purchase, review the confirmation email sent to the email address used at checkout. This email helps confirm that your order was received successfully.

Review your delivery type

Digital products may be delivered by email, access details, download link, or account access. Physical electronics may be processed and later shipped with tracking when available.

Check your inbox and spam folders

For digital orders, delivery emails may sometimes appear in spam, junk, promotions, or filtered folders rather than your main inbox.

Contact support if needed

If you have not received your order update, delivery details, or tracking information within the expected timeframe, contact our support team with your order number and purchase details.

Digital orders

Most digital products are delivered electronically and do not include courier tracking. Delivery may happen by email, access credentials, download link, or account activation.

Physical orders

Physical electronic products may include shipping progress and carrier tracking after the order has been processed and dispatched.

Mixed orders

If your order contains both digital and physical items, each part of the order may follow a different fulfilment and update process.

When to contact support

Please contact SBeePay support if:

You did not receive a digital order

Your digital purchase has not arrived within the expected timeframe and you have already checked spam, junk, and promotions folders.

You need a physical shipping update

Your physical order has not shown any update within the expected processing period or you have not received tracking information when applicable.

You entered incorrect details

You need help with an incorrect email address, shipping address, or other order detail and want us to review what can still be updated.
